When can I expect my order?
ElderStore® ships daily, Monday through Friday. If your order is received early enough it will generally ship that day. If not, your order will ship the next day. Orders received on Friday afternoon will ship on Monday.
Some orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. In such cases it is difficult to promise a ship date, however, many (but not all) also ship same day or next day.
If your order is shipped from our warehouse and you have included a valid e-mail address, you will get shipping and tracking information if you choose UPS as your shipping carrier. If you choose the US Postal Service you will receive shipping notification but the tracking is not as documented as UPS. You can also track your order through "Your Account" here in this website. It will show when your order is "in process," shipped, or other possible scenarios. We will attempt to keep you as informed as possible.
We have more difficulty obtaining shipping information if your item is being shipped directly by the distributor, but we do our very best to accomodate you.
