All shipping charges are estimated and actual shipping charges may vary.  The estimated shipping charge is calculated by an API to either UPS's or the USPS's software. ElderStore does not inflate or add on charges to the carriers charge.

You will be given the opportunity to obtain shipping costs applicable to your order prior to finalizing the order:

Most items are shipping via the USPS or UPS.  We use both USPS and UPS to ship domestically and internationally except when shipping to the US Armed Forces overseas.  All shipments to the US Armed Forces overseas and to other destinations such as Puerto Rico, Samoa, Etc are shipped via US Postal Service Priority Mail.

If shipping charges were not able to calculate for your order, a message will appear stating that they could not be calculated at that time. We will add the actual shipping charges after we calculate and continue processing your order, UNLESS the calculated shipping charges are more than 25% of your order's semi total. If the shipping costs are more than 25% the total, we will contact you for permission before processing your order. If you would prefer knowing the exact shipping costs and it does not calculate for you, you may choose "telephone order" on checkout and we will call you to give you the exact shipping costs. Next Day Air is not listed as being available. Due to the difficulty of having an order arrive the next day if the order is placed when our office is closed, we have removed the option. If you need something overnighted call 1.888.833.8875 during business hours and we will do everything we can to accomodate your request.

Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm will not ship until the following Monday.
